FCF is ready for companies and other AI software to use CENTL, contribute work, and sponsor the foundation. The full text is docs/FCF-PROPOSAL.md. A machine copy is pub/proposal.json.
Use
CENTL is Apache-2.0. You do not need a special deal to run it, embed it, or call it from an agent.

centl --mcpMCP clients should launch local centl --mcp. JSON and JSON Lines are documented in the repository. A model may interpret. It may not confer truth. See Machines and AI.
Contribute
Open a draft pull request against mirage. Sign off with the Developer Certificate of Origin. Do not target oasis automatically and do not declare Oasis. Ordinary review happens on GitHub. There is no separate vendor portal.
Sponsor
Public totals and methodology are on the funding page. Sponsorship funds development, publication, preservation, and independent operation. It does not purchase a partner logo or a skipped gate.
